1.WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We hope you’ll love everything you buy from MEGZ, but we promise a full refund if you’re unhappy with your purchase – just return your item(s) to us within 14 days from the date shown on your dispatch note. You can expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
For USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand customers please return items within 30 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.
For all other International customers, please return unsuitable items within 14 days of the date you receive the parcel.
Bear in mind that pierced jewellery can’t be refunded for hygiene reasons. We also ask that lingerie and swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, with the seal in place. Your refund may be declined if you don’t follow our hygiene policy.
Please also note: Goods that are damaged, or show signs of wear and tear, may result in deductions from your refund to make up for any value lost.
2. FAULTY GOODS
If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
4. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
2. Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
3. Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

We're sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service to our customers. Simply return your items to the address above within 14 days of the date on your dispatch note. Please note, that returns will be made at your own cost.
5. WHO IS PAYING THE RETURN DELIVERY?
The buyer is paying the return delivery. If the item was damaged or a wrong item was send the delivery will be covered by us.
6. IS THE DELIVERY REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately, the delivery fee is not refundable. You will be refunded only the price of your item itself.If the item was damaged or mistaken, we will be happy to fully refund you. Please, contact us immediately if you are not happy with your product. We are here to help.
